Kayak touring is an activity in complete harmony with nature and it is accessible for everyone. The Lake Region in Patagonia offers unlimited possibilities for kayaking. Our excursions and expeditions include an explanation of kayaking techniques and the necessary safety gear to make sure that everybody is comfortable and ready to go. Our guides are trained to offer security and they will share with you their knowledge and passion for Patagonian nature. Safety is a priority for us; because of that programs can be modified due to weather.

Kayaking excursions in Mascardi, Moreno and Gutierrez lakes

The excursions are an excellent opportunity for those with limited time or without previous experience in kayaking. ½ day outings offer a close encounter with nature with a minimum of effort. Full day trips take you further and deeper into the nature. All the excursions include an introduction in basic techniques and the possibility to practise safety procedures.

Full-day kayaking in Lake Mascardi

This is the most intense one-day kayaking trip. We paddle along Tronador branch of Lake Mascardi at the heart of Nahuel Huapi National Park. The turquoise coloured waters, evergreen forest and amazing views of Mt. Tronador and Mt. Bonete create this unique and dramatic landscape.

Full-day and ½ day kayaking on Lake Moreno or Lake Gutierrez

Lake Moreno is located in the Llao-Llao Natural Reserve. We paddle in a natural environment among beautiful forest and wonderful views of Mt. Lopez and the famous Llao-Llao Hotel.

The Lake Gutierrez is situated in the Nahuel Huapi National Park. We paddle this crystal water lake at the foot of Mt. D’Agostini to visit places without tourists.

This is the ultimate 2 days kayaking excursion in the Nahuel Huapi National Park. We paddle all along the Lake Mascardi, surrounded by an awesome landscape of mountains and forest.

Kayaking expeditions in Nahuel Huapi National Park

The expeditions offer the possibility to reach remote areas, only accessible by water and where weather conditions could modify the plans.
Participants will have the possibility to improve their kayaking skills and practise the safety procedures. It is necessary to have some previous experience, swimming skills and feel comfortable in a natural water environment.

1 or 2 days Expeditions to Brazo Tristeza, N.H.N.P.

This is the less visited part of the lake Nahuel Huapi due to the lack of boat excursions there. All along the way beautiful waterfalls from Mt. Lopez and Mt. Capilla are the introduction to the rainforest at the end of the lake.

3 or 4 days expedition on Lake Nahuel Huapi, N.H.N.P.

Theses are the most complete kayaking expeditions in Nahuel Huapi National Park. They are designed for kayaking lovers. Participants must be ready to paddle more than 20km/12.5miles a day. Full cooperation is expected from them. The guides will also invite participants to be part of the everyday planning of the expedition.
